Printing question

Hello.
Hey if anyone knows this...How do I go about printing high quality digital art and have it transfered to a canvas..Thats painting canvas..
Kinda like a transparency ...

    Get the art scanned in at the resolution you want, and transmit it to somebody who will print it on canvas?

    There are a bunch of places that will do the printing if you have the scan, and plenty of those will handle scanning too if needed.
