I'm using mainly CS. Suddenly my effects filters are nowhere to be found. The pull down menu is populated primrily by grayed-out options (non-selectable of course) with only a small number of filters left, like the Blur selections.

I've not messed with *any* archives pertaining to my version of CS other than the .psd files themselves.

What happened? How can I resolve the issue?

Any wisdom?
