I want to get a good draw program that will do 3D rending, bit maps, and paint. One suggestion was Paint Shop Pro. Oh and I’d like it not to cost too much. So any ideas.

Mon, January 5, 2009 - 7:55 PMAre you asking about a programming tool or a graphics program?
Sound like graphics. Are you PC or Mac?
What kind of 3D rendering are you talking about here? Just extruding text and stuff, or actually rendering 3D scenes?
Just trying to get a better idea of what you are trying to do...

Sat, March 14, 2009 - 7:33 PMIf you are taking any college classes, you can get a student discount on adobe products and painter... and they are a tremendous savings. If you are using it to make money, shell it out, you'll get it back in no time.
