have been spending a lot of time tweaking high contrast shots and brackets to come up with some decent landscapes and such. was wondering if anyone has reviews / suggestions regarding additional software / plugins to work high dynamic range shots.

Thu, November 12, 2009 - 6:32 AMI tried this one and like it better than matix -- at least on the set of images I tried it on it worked better than matix did. Doesn't have the handly link with Lightroom, though.

Fri, November 6, 2009 - 3:36 PMThe guy who runs this site: www.thedigitalphotographyconnection.com/ (he also has a video podcast that seems pretty good) likes a program called "Photomatix Pro" (available here: www.hdrsoft.com/).
I've never used it, but I have tried using Photoshop's tool for doing HDR in CS4 and have not been impressed. There's a free trial, so it might be worth playing with.
